The Main Ingredients
(choose 4 of the same steaks, or mix and match):
Boneless Rib-Eye (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch thick)
New York Strip (12 ounces)
Filet Mignon (8 – 10 ounces)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Canola Oil (2 tablespoons)
Pepper (Freshly Ground)
Kosher Salt

Preparation:
Allow steaks to sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes (remove from refrigerator and cover)
Turn on grill and set heat to high.
Brush your steaks with oil on both sides, season with salt and pepper.

Directions
Put oiled and seasoned steaks on the grill.
Cook 4 – 5 minutes (golden brown and a bit of char).
Flip the steaks.
Grill for an additional 3 – 5 minutes for medium-rare.
Grill for an additional 5 – 7 minutes for medium.
Grill for an additional 8 – 10 minutes for medium-well.
Remove steaks from the grill and place on a platter. Cover with foil and rest steaks for at least 5 minutes before serving and slicing.
